My work

I'm poor at art since I was young. No matter how hard I try, grade in art was terrible!

It happened to me when I was a high school freshman.

I tried hard not to mess up the art score. I stayed up all through the night for 2 days and I finished my work.
But my friend who finished her work just in 3 hours got more more good grades than me. I was very upset and frustrated. After that, I  realized that I have no talent for painting at all.

However, there is only one work that I got a good grade ; "Hanji craft."

Maybe, It is the best work for me. hahaha... (ㅠ_ㅠ)

It is still nice to me!

I take advantage of this box as an accessories tidy. It is pretty and useful!

Do you good at art? If so, I envy you having such a good ability.

I'm lost in memories

Winter always drive me into reminiscing.


I don't know why I do this but I think when I'm in cold weather, I have so much in my head.

Last year was the most painful year for me.


I was doing my best to prepare for the university entrance exam like every other student.


But I was the only one who did study hard without having attained any result. No matter how hard I try, I was slow in results, or desperately, scores fell. My friends and teacher felt sorry for me to see me in such a situation.


But I'm starting to believe a famous saying, "Your efforts will never betray you.".

Although I went through many failures, I finally succeeded breaking the tough competition.

There are so many things to do and they exhausted me some times, but I am very happy these days.

I'm at "Sookmyung Women's University”, have many good friends, good professors, everything is a great gift from the sky.


To continue all things, I absolutely will do my best at everything.

Go Go!

Winter for me....

I love winter more than summer.
"Winter" is the best season for me because... I don't know exactly but there are 3 (or 4) reasons, I think.

First, I hate hot and humid air. When the weather is hot, I totally didn't want to go outside and I get lazy.

Second, I can wear a pretty muffler! I like wrap a muffler around my neck.. kikiki am I strange? ^^;

Third, I love snow! Playing with snow is very happy to me.

Lastly I like eating some warm soup in cold weather.

Especially O-daeng tang is the best food in cold weather! very nice.

I think winter set in earlier than expected. I love winter but on the other hand, next year comes to me before long, so I'm sad and gloomy. I want to stay a freshman forever. I don't want to grow old! T_T


I'm wearing sleep socks and eating tangerine(guool) now.
That ones make me happy in cold weather ; winter.

Namsan tower with my friends ♥

Last friday, I went to the "Namsan" with minji, myunghyun, jinsol.

We  ate kimbap & chocolate there, and took pictures! Sooooo funny :)

Many lovers come to namsan tower and they fasten a lock hoping a long love.

But we don't have boyfriends. What is the "boyfriend"? we don't know that one..kikiki

(I will meet my lovely boyfriend some day........haha)

The weather was really cold but when we looked down at the city nightscape, it was totally wonderful.
And we could find out our university, "Sookmyung!"


In addition we ate chicken for dinner. Chicken with spring onion on it was really delicious.
We went to the karaoke, too! I love to sing a song. We had a great time. ^^


I'm so happy to have good friends. Spending time with friends is so exciting ♡

The trees on the mountains have turned their beautiful colors and night view is always beautiful.

Sleeping at the reading room

Today I had a General physics exam which is my week point.
I studied at the reading room (Yeol ram sil) yesterday and I decided not to go to the home because of physics exam. (Actually I wanted to get some snacks from student government at AM10:30.)

I was new at sleeping at the reading room so I was afraid I might sleep fitfully.
But I studied until AM1:00 and had a good night on the sofa.

The air in the reading room is very dry and cold. So I was somewhat uncomfortable but It was not bad.

I got up at 8 o'clock because of a crunching sound by other students. When I woke up, my face looked so haggard. ㅠㅠ

And I was very surprised that many students woke up and studied very hard. I couldn't concentrate on the note but just beside me,  a student was totally absorbed in her book! wow... How could she do that?


I don't know that I did a good job on the physics exam.  Physics is so hard for me!

Anyway~ My experience at the reading room was fun. ^^

Mid-terms

When I got up in the morning and looked at the calendar, I realized that Mid-term exam is coming up.

Seems like just yesterday that the start of class.......... there are only 5 days left!!! 

On the first day of class, I decided to study harder than last semester.

Preparation, reviewing,... but  I have done nothing properly.... T^T

I have 6 exams! (Maybe 5?)

Presentation and discussion, English writing and reading, General physics, General Biology, Music Therapy, Italian.

I'm week in physics and physics exam is the first exam, so I have to study physics everyday from now on!! kikiki...

Cramming for exam is bad I know but since I entered the university, my cramming habit seems worse than my high school days.


Anyway... I have to go now for study. Good luck!

My hamster ; Tol-e

Let me introduce my pet, hamster ; Tol-e !

Tol-e is female and she is only 1-year-old. (Actually haster's average life expectancy is 2 and a half to 3 years.)
She likes sunflower seed very well. So I feed Tol-e with sunflower seed everyday.

△This is sunflower seed for a hamster. It's very small. (about 1cm?)

A hamster is a nocturnal animal so she is active at night/dawn. Because of this, sometimes  it is very noisy and annoying. But maybe you will smile a bright smile when you look at it's cute&lovely face!

And, this is Tol-e's inner house. ▽

Someone might say, "Aaahh!!!!!! IT IS A MOUSE!!!!!"

Yes! It is a mouse. But when you get to be friend with a hamster, It is not a creepy mouse anymore. 

I feel close to Tol-e, so whenever I eat some fruits or vegetables I always save them for Tol-e.

She has a habit of gathering wood piece and waste paper so It's good to put them in the hamster's house.

If you will keep a hamster, you must be diligent.

You have to ①clean the cage bi-weekly, ②feed them once a day(of course water), ③clean up around the house(because when she run the treadwheel, many sawdusts are rush out of the cage.).

But It's easy to care of it! It's free from escaping out of the cage if you fasten the door tightly.

A Hamster is a perfect pet!

Try keep a hamster for your hobby.

Wow....
Just 2 weeks ago, (or maybe 1 week ago?) The weather is very hot.
The hot sun , hot sticky breeze,...
But It's very cold outside today and yesterday!!

Do you really think this is possible?
I don't know "Fall" really exists. Korea is not  4 seasons-country anymore!


This morning, the lowest temperature in seoul is 9℃.

(9/29, morning)

It will  rain for this week, then It will be super more cold than these days!

Ah.......Where is my lovely fall? :(

Anyway, Take care not to catch cold. I think I've got a cold. Ahchoo!!!

A Chemisry Experiment

I have a class "Base Chemistry Experiment"
Each group consist of 3 students (but only our group are 2 people. T.T)

Every experiment has a new theme.

Today we take a experiment "chromatography".
(I'm not able enough to explain science experiment yet. So please search the internet if you wonder chromatograhy. Sorry T.T;;;)

My team member and I tried to concentrate on experiment. Because all the chemistry experiment need to act calmly.

We have to write "Experiment note". Sometimes that comes to me of annoying things. (troublesome? ^^;;)
Even though there are many things to do before & after the experiment, Experiment is very charming, and really FUNNY!

I wonder if I did a good jop today.

Delicious Bread!

Wow... It's friday already. Did you have a good time on Thanksgiving day? I was very happy all day! I met my family, ate delicious foods, accepted money...kikiki
Because I have many things to do now, I'm very sad......and annoyed.... ㅠㅠ


ANYWAY!  I'll tell you about special bread today. "Bong-BBang!"

It's funny to listen to. You might think, "Bong-BBang? Is it gun?"

No! Bong-BBang is a bread. There are many red beans in it.

In fact,It was on TV drama, 'JaeBBangwang Kimtakgoo'

That drama went off the air last week with great popularity. (It recoded the highest viewing rate over 50% !!)

Because of popular drama, "Bong-BBang" is in high demand.

I bought it in Paris baguette. The price is a little bit expensive for its size. (1,000 won per 1 bread.)

Because I ate "Bong-BBang" with great expectation, I was disappointed a lot. It tastes good but it is not that much different than other bean bread.

But if you enjoyed the drama, try it. You can feel another fun. ^^

recommended book

 This summer, I read some interesting books while I was taking a rest. One of them that I want to introduce today is 『Yu-na's 7    minutes drama』.
 This book has many stories from her youth to her various competitions. In that book, she demonstrated her state of mind vividly. (Especially the situation when she was readying before her turn.) Moreover there is tension of the stadium during the competition and we can feel equally. Also, we can know how hard her life was.

 I was exciting when I read this book. But one thing that I was disappointed is many the contents of the book are fed up. They are not fresh because they have been seen often on the TV program. So if someone who knows Yu-na full well reads this book, he/she will be bored. But I recommend you if you are interested in figure skating or need something funny.  Don't you wonder her roller-coaster life?
